Pumpkin Mini-Pizzas & Clown Fruit Salad

Here's a SIMPLE dinner that's fun for the kids to make themselves!

Pumpkin Mini-Pizzas:

Refrigerated Biscuits
Pizza Sauce
Orange Cheese
Pepperoni

First cut your pepperoni into different shapes for your pumpkin faces. I usually do a few circles, triangles, & half moon shapes. (as a side-note . . . pepperoni is greasy!)

Next have the kiddos pound the refrigerated biscuits into flat pizza crusts. They LOVE doing this.

Then put a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each "pizza." Let the kids spread it around with a spoon.

Give the kids a bowl of shredded cheese to put on top of the pizzas. Make sure there's enough cheese for them to snack on because I guarantee half the cheese will never make it to the pizzas. My kids eat cheese like it's chocolate!

Then let them decorate their pumpkins with pepperoni pieces. They get REALLY funny when they do this. Tonight we had vampire pizzas, alien pizzas, & jack'o'lantern pizzas. It was fun.

Bake pizzas at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden.

Clown Fruit Salad:

I just cut a banana in half & gave him 2 legs (though my kids told me his legs looked like vampire fangs). Then I added grapes for the eyes, a cherry for the nose, a sliced peach for the mouth, & whipped cream as hair. They thought these guys were REALLY FUNNY.

And that's it! Super Easy & the kids LOVE IT.
