Witch's Fingers, Caterpillars, & Candy Corn Pudding

Tonight we had a little sleepover party with 6 giggling little girls & we all ate some yummy witch fingers, caterpillars, & some candy corn pudding for dessert. This is Chick-Fil-A's recipe for their chicken nugget breading. It's FABULOUS. (not good for you at all, but delicious) Enjoy!

Witch Fingers:

1 1/2 pounds Chicken Breasts or Tenderloins
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
1 cup Flour
2 1/2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 Tablespoon Salt

First cut your chicken breasts or tenders into long finger-like strips.

Next mix your milk & egg to make an eggwash for your chicken. Place chicken inside & let it sit for at least 5 minutes.

Mix your dry ingredients in another bowl.

Heat frying oil in a skillet or fryer. Dip wet chicken into dry ingredient mixture & coat. Dip back into the wet mixture & then again in the dry mixture.

Fry until brown & cooked through.

Arrange your chicken strips on a plate in the shape of a hand or fingers. Add an almond as a fingernail to each witch finger.

I served mine with "CATERPILLARS" aka french fries. I also served
CANDY CORN PUDDING
for dessert. In a glass bowl just layer either pumpkin spice or butterscotch pudding, then banana cream pudding, & whipped cream on top. It looks like a candy corn, but tastes FABULOUS.
